Roulette Rules

Roulette is a casino and gambling game involving a small wheel that can possibly be your true wheel of fortune.

Roulette consists of a wheel, a small ball, a table marked with numbers 0 to 36, and chips. This game-play is all about bets and what rules govern them. In order to bet, each player has to purchase a stack of 20 chips, each having an identical monetary value as determined by the player and based on the table minimum. In American roulette, each player has an assigned chip color that differentiates his bets from the others. In Europe, standard casino chips are used and are not color-coded.

Players can place bets on numbers, number combinations, ranges, odds/even, as well as colors. Players can even share bets, thanks to the color-coded chips. There are usually up to eight players in each roulette game. Read on to know how it is played so you can “spin” your luck!
